Developed with the Concord, Carlisle, and CCHS school calendars in mind, it includes key scheduling considerations, likely school absences, weekend conflicts, and brief explanations of each holiday. It is designed to help schools, teams, community organizations, and others plan events with greater awareness of Jewish observance and make it easier for Jewish community members to participate fully.

In June 2025, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL), the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, and a pro bono legal team from the law firm Mayer Brown submitted a complaint to the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights. The filing alleged that the Concord-Carlisle Regional School District did not adequately address widespread antisemitic harassment, discrimination, and retaliation affecting Jewish students.

In April 2026, the United States Department of Justice and the Concord-Carlisle Regional School District reached an amicable agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice resolving the complaint.

CCAA released a statement in response to the agreement.
